C N H Construction (M) Sdn Bhd [“C N H Construction” or “the Company”] incorporated on 14 January 1995. The Company had subsequently changed its name from Cheng Wah Construction (M) Sdn Bhd to its present name on 24 February 2006. The principally activities of the Company are involved in construction and civil engineering works. C N H Construction is a wholly owned subsidiary of C N H Group Sdn Bhd.

Track Records

C N H Construction (M) Sdn Bhd incepted in 1995 and has been actively involved in construction for more than 15 years since its inception. The Company had developed and handed over myriad projects in Klang Valley and Penang. (List of projects as per Section E). C N H Construction was lead by Mr. Yap Cheng Hwa of which he is a founder and Executive Chairman of C N H Group. Mr. Yap has been in the construction business for the last 25 years and under his leadership, the Company has recorded a healthy track record and its performance improved markedly owing to his hard work and perseverance. C N H Construction has also recorded good take-up rates for all its previous projects and they have been fully sold and handed over to buyers ahead of schedule.

Prospect

With the recent abolition of the Foreign Investment Committee (FIC) approval and easing of rules by the Government on foreigners owning residential properties, the backdrop of property industry has been steadily turning more conducive. This trend has already been reflected in earnings of property companies as reported in their recent annual reports. The outlook for the property companies is looking bullish as the shares of many construction companies have witnessed a run-up in their share price on the local bourse at the end of the year 2006. The Malaysian real estate market is undergoing a stage of rapid growth underpinned by healthy economic performance frequently boosted by the provisions in the five-year Ninth Malaysia Plan (9MP). C N H Construction will continue to deliver superb results and enjoy the benefits of the latest ruling of FIC and healthy economic performance. The Company is confident that all the projects would be well received as it has the potential for good return on investment and capital appreciation owing to the strong demand by potential buyers on residential properties in Penang and the Klang Valley. With the healthy earnings and the organic growth of C N H Group coupled with a strong management team, the Company is optimistic to gain a foothold in promising growth markets and moving forward to pursue its other more lucrative projects in niche developments. There is a lot of opportunity to look forward and greater growth. In fact this is just the beginning for C N H Group as it moves to the next stage of growth and achievements.
